The capability required in IT can be grouped into three areas: to influence strategic business decisions; to manage new outsourcing and offshoring relationships; and to have the confidence to instil stronger rigour in our relationships with the business.

We are developing this capability through a career framework that outlines the jobs and skills we need as we move forward. Against this you will be able to identify skill gaps and link to a suite of development options. These include training courses, learning opportunities and reference materials which you can access as part of your development plan.
