How I've managed my career ...
My ambition is to make a difference in everything that I do and I liken this to the Unilever mission of adding vitality to people's lives to make them look good, feel good and get more out of life. My job is positioned to do exactly that, and my efforts are always channelled to achieving the mission of helping people get more out of life.

UK here I come ...
As part of my career development, I have been given the opportunity to take up a position in an expertise function for nine months in the UK. We will be working on a global leadership development project which is so exciting.

2007 - Golden Boot Award
A highlight is when we won the Golden Boot Award at the 2007 HR Conference for best HR Business Partner team. A great achievement.

Moving on and up...
I'm currently HR Business Partner to Customer Development but soon I'll be taking up a short term secondment to the UK as part of my career development working on a global leadership development programme.
My proudest moment at Unilever
