Pay for performance
As a business, we aim to grow and create shareholder value. If you help us achieve those goals, we'll reward you well. And since you help create your own objectives, you can see precisely how your actions affect the rewards you receive.
All employees are paid an annual bonus in December. On top of that, if the company does well, you'll also get a performance related bonus. This is in recognition of strong year-on-year profitable growth, rewarding our collective success and your individual contribution to it. It's paid in April each year and the amount can be significant
When you reach a certain level, you can benefit from another bonus. This reflects sustained performance, comes in the form of shares and gives you a real stake in the future of the business. In fact, we consider it critical that senior managers build a substantial holding in order to align their interests with those of our shareholders.
