London/Rotterdam, 2 July 2018. Unilever announced today that, further to the announcement made on 22nd September 2017, it has completed the sale of its Spreads business in Southern Africa to Remgro and the related acquisition of Remgro’s interest in Unilever South Africa.
Unilever also announced that it has completed the sale of its Spreads business in the rest of the world to KKR.
