Amanda Breytenbach

Africa Head of Employee Experience​

Amanda has over 23 years of experience within Unilever, she started her career with Unilever South Africa in August 1998 in Human Resources and throughout the years she has occupied various roles within the HR business unit. In 2012, Amanda was appointed HR Director Marketing, CMO and R&D Africa where she spent 6 and half years working with various team. In 2019, she was appointed as Head of Employee Experience, Africa where she led EX Operational Excellence across Africa.

In August 2022, Amanda was appointed as Head of Market Operations, Africa.

Amanda holds a B Soc Sci, Industrial Pscyhology and LawB Soc Sci, Industrial Pscyhology and Law from University of KwaZulu Natal.
