Nomxolisi is a seasoned legal executive and valued business partner, bringing over 16 years of experience across private practice and in-house counsel roles within multinational consumer goods and logistics companies. She began her career at ENS Africa, before advancing into senior legal leadership positions in dynamic corporate settings. During her seven years at Diageo, Nomxolisi honed her deep expertise in commercial contracts, M&A, and corporate governance.

Her academic credentials include a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Pretoria, a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of the Witwatersrand, and an MBA from Henley Business School. Nomxolisi’s strategic thinking and collaborative leadership have consistently driven positive business outcomes.
