From our farmers to our suppliers and chefs, everyone is doing their bit to help us source all of our agricultural ingredients sustainably by 2020.

We can empower people to eat healthier diets by providing healthy, nutritious, and fortified meals. With our brand Rama, it all began in the 1970s when Rama entered the market as a full fat butter alternative. Rama stepped up to the breakfast table and created the first ever yellow margarine in South Africa. Today, Rama is not only the tastiest choice of margarine but it’s also a source of 9 vitamins and now includes Omega 3 to help with the growth and development of children. While Flora is a heart healthy spread high in omega 3 and omega 6 and also contains sterols which have been proven to reduce cholesterol.

At Unilever, we believe that we can teach people to cook tastier meals that are better for them and the planet. Knorr is passionate about adding flavour to your meals. That’s why we’ve worked with our chefs and nutritionists to make your favourite recipes simple and better for you, your family, and the planet. We’ve even made some recipes much lighter, with simple swap-outs for added nutrients. The recipes here are based on international nutrition standards and are packed with delicious, nutritious, and healthy ingredients.
